Our benefits package includes a choice of 2 health plans through BCBS of IL (standard PPO plan with flexible spending account option or high-deductible plan with a health savings account); dental coverage through MetLife; vision coverage through United Health Care; company-paid basic term life and supplemental voluntary life through MetLife; as well as company-paid disability coverage. Employees are immediately eligible and immediately vested in our 401k plan with an automatic 3% Safe Harbor Contribution from the company. In addition, we will match half (50%) of what you contribute, up to your 4%. The Safe Harbor contribution and company match are made every pay period. Additional company-provided benefits include: up to 5 weeks’ paid vacation per year based on years of service, ten (10) paid holidays per year, employee assistance program, service awards, tuition reimbursement program, annual college scholarship program for dependents, Verizon Wireless discount, and up to 5 days paid bereavement based on family relationship.
